Welcome to shopping online at Ben Franklin Crafts in Sparks, Nevada! Our goal is to make your shopping experience simple & convenient. The following terms & conditions are designed to assist you in placing your order.

Terms of Sale

We accept Discover, Mastercard & VISA as forms of payment. Your credit card will be charged when you order ships. All orders shipped with an invoice. We do not accept COD shipments.

Shipping & Handling

All orders shipped via common carrier FOB Sparks, Nevada. Shipping & handling charges prepaid on invoice. Some overweight/oversized items will incur additional shipping charges.

Claims

Your order will be pulled & packed by 2 employees to ensure its correctness. Open & inspect your merchandise immediately upon receipt. All discrepancies must be reported to Ben Franklin Crafts within 5 days of receipt of goods. Returns are not accepted without prior approval & may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returned merchandise must be sent in its original unopened container or package with copy of original receipt for credit.
